Dislocated shoulder

😢Saturday, the day after valentines day, I came thru the back door and splat,my shoulder hurt immediately and I knew something was seriously wrong I also landed on my knee and hurt to get up on it but no damage in the X-ray. , looks like my quilting days will slow down to a crawl
